Our friends adopted from the same place we did and they use a harness too.

Our two were the first cats either my wife or I had ever adopted and we were both unaware of any of the problems mentioned in this thread. That was about 10 years ago and, thanks to our local cat rescue's policies, I remained ignorant until today! Here's our happy little indoor cat, Huffle.

Last time I checked. :-) Yeah, we do actually let our remaining kitty (lost one of them a few years back) out in our small garden under supervision. We've cat-proofed the perimeter and she's very good at coming in when called.

We adopted our two from the local cat rescue and they were specifically indoor cats. In fact, they only wanted to let us have indoor cats because we live on a main road. I've never heard of people being denied adoption for not having a garden.

I've been really enjoying the Dev journey so far. What an incredible team you've built at MCDM! Cool to hear that you're getting a chance to hang out with your old TRS buddies.
