My kneading is improving. But the time it takes for the proofing takes away from wanting to bake. There's something called Autolyse that quickens the process of bread making. I've not tried it, as I'm wondering when or how the yeast goes in. But it's something I want to try. ;)

A few nights back I got stuck into Aiden Aslin's book called, Putin's Prisoner. I'm glad I did. ;)

I must stop taking pictures of me meals. Thank God it's only for borsch and the home-made bread. But I gotta tell you this, or should I say that bread was brilliant. The borsch would have been compleate if I had remembered the dill, though. LOL

I wasn't expecting too much of a result with this, as there was little rising going on in both separate proofing stages. But to my amazement it actually looked good, smells good and well I've already polished off those slices of bread already. LOL

I'll try to put a sort of how to for this later. ;)

I just pulled this bread out of the oven about an hour ago. It looks good. And it is! I only hope I haven't eaten it all before I've cooked me favourite for tomorrow— beetroot soup with pasta. :)
