As the NYT noted this morning, the work requirement was unsuccessful in Arkansas when tried. It succeeded in kicking 18000 people off their insurance in four but did not have a positive employment impact.

Which personality showed up: Ron Varo or Peter Navarro? Never mind. They’re both a convicted (and pardoned 🤣) Economist, known for tap dancing and pivot skills, who taught at nationally ranked (14th…hm..) UC-Irvine, who was tapped (after many donations?) to serve at the pleasure of the President.
