Yeah not sure about those witnesses. There may be some conflicts there. The whole case is bizarre. It doesn’t help that Karen is unlikable and ran her mouth but I am not sure she actually hit John. It will all come down to the accident reconstruction testimony.

Maybe. But the police investigation was so botched it is pure speculation at this point. There is no real clear and convincing evidence IMO.

I watched the documentary on HBO. I know it’s only day 3. The lawyers are just frustrating to me. Being a paralegal myself I just want to hand them some particular questions to ask lol.
