They are adding card packs to a monthly season pass for $10, afterwards players can purchase with f2p currency. In a vacuum monetization seems fair, but it goes against devs previous promises, thus large pushback. More damning (imo) is Reynad's response to criticism. They need a community manager

Tough question to find a consensus answer for. Lots of compelling reasons for most entries from 4 onwards. I’d say you can’t go wrong picking based on vibes, or 10 onwards so you don’t have to provide voices while streaming.
