Yall this shit is no joke😭 Hattie is starting regumate today, I took all the precautions and my lady parts still want to kill me from the inside. I love my barn workers though and will be pre-filling the syringes so they get minimal exposure, catch me showing up in a hazmat suit next time😭

This is the farthest away Clem has ever been from Hattie since they met!! And they were this far away 15 mins before when I pulled in the driveway too!!! Clem has struggled big time with separation anxiety basically since I bought her, so this is HUGE❤️

Wanna slowly start upgrading both mares’ blankets to Rambos, which I def don’t have the money to do buying new so I’m watching eBay and FB like a hawk. Found someone selling an EXACT match to Clem’s med weight in great condition for an awesome price, now the girls can twin when it’s freezing out🥰

Maybe if I cut out roughly this area and put a hem on it? Also maybe stitch some stretchy heavy duty Lycra-like material so that the front end of the pad stays connected but the material at the withers isn’t restrictive? I can barely even sew a button but this might be my hyperfixation this weekend

I need to remember to post on here lol. Anyways did some separation work with the girls last week since Clem struggles with separation anxiety and they did fantastic!! Also Clem needed a new turnout sheet and tbh I think she rocks the pink😍

I’m SO impressed with these two ladies today🥹🥹 first time ever sitting on Hattie bareback, riding her outside of the ring, or ponying Clem and we did it all at once in below freezing temps. We just grazed since the ring is frozen then walked back to their field. I love them so much🥹

An absolute UNIT😍 lil chunky (even though her field is bare and I halved her feed), def getting a muzzle once the grass comes back in. Also she had to get sedated for the farrier today so I got to detangle/brush her mane out and give her a tail bath. Never beating the Barbie Dream Horse allegations
