Some pictures I took a few days back.
The Manhattan and Brooklyn bridge are in the background, with lights laminating the cold dark night. The wet boardwalk reflects the industrial piers; constantly maintaining their social aesthetics. A broken LED lamp near the makeshift bridge during the snowfall. South bound highway on the FDR drive.

I can’t believe I have been sticking with this. Not only that, I’m getting way better results than I should.

A batch of pineapple skin and sugar is use in the fermentation. Their flavor will be very good once they ferment.

Pineapple pieces and sugar in a jar. This is the second day. I’m trying to reach a fourth day before I put it in refrigerator, once fermentation is done.
The Pineapple’s skin and core are mixed in with the sugar to release its juices through fermentation. It smells very fruity.
