Castle Point Lime Kiln on Holy Island. Built in 1860 by William Nicholl of Dundee, these lime kilns were used to make quicklime, which was used in making whitewash and lime mortar.

The Clydebank Titan Crane, a 150-foot-high cantilever crane on the River Clyde, built in 1907 by the Scottish engineer Adam Hunter for Dalmarnock based engineering company Sir William Arrol & Co.
