I often wondered if Franz was inspired by the show Seaquest DSV from the early 90s since that also had a talking dolphin on a ship. I don't know if it ever aired in Japan though!

Yeah but the better processor, RAM capacity, and eye tracking make up the difference I think.

I think you're probably right on the Machine and the Controller but might be going high on the Frame. It competes pretty well against the Quest 3 spec-wise but I don't see them pricing it much higher. I'll say $500 for 256 and $650 for 1TB.

I really do not understand the fascination of everyone wanting to record the rides at parks. They're already online! In 4K! Or VR! Almost certainly better than what you're capturing! Why pull yourself out of the experience to make a worse copy of something thousands of others have made available?

Star Trek didn’t DO cliffhangers before it, but I remember after BOBW it was more noteworthy if they ended a season without one!

Yeah, Moderna is approved 2+ and Pfizer 6+ by FDA with CDC pending in 2 weeks. It just sounds like the shots haven’t arrived at pharmacies yet for the younger groups.

We’re trying to figure out how we’re going to get it. VA is one of the states where Rx is required, but MD is not so we could just cross border, but the pharmacies don’t have stock yet for our youngest.

Counterpoint: I’ve used them before when I’ve been home sick af. Not a great idea to be out visiting restaurants if you’ve got the flu or Covid.
