Wczoraj Rada 🇪🇺 zaakceptowała regulacje ułatwiające użycie fuduszy UE do wsparcia powodzian.
Dziś w Brukseli rozmawiam o szybkim przeprowadzeniu zmian w naszych programach, aby pieniądze na odbudowę mogły zostać uruchomione jak najszybciej na nowych warunkach - tylko 5% wkładu wlasnego.
