And here are the results (before and after). In 30W TDP mode, there's an average 5°C drop in temps with a reduction in fan noise. Pretty happy with the results :)

Here's the heart of the machine: an AMD Z1 Extreme SoC with 16Gb of DDR5 6400MHz RAM.
After cleaning the stock thermal paste, I cut to the same size the PTM7950 and apply it.

Even though this is a very compact device, Lenovo hasn't skimped in accesibility. It was easy, and all the screws had the same length
