The local Ren Fair is happening soon, so of course I decide that I need to make Little Bit, and all of her friends, hobbit cloaks!

Minnie Mouse dress finished, I used pattern M4948 for the basic pattern. I had to draft the collar, and did a circle skirt instead of the gathered one. I also added the white belt and fully lined the dress so I could add some crinoline to poof out the skirt.
