✅ Played my first Survival of the season (No photo, Windows says there's a Trojan in my CT and killed it 💔).
✅ Had my first listen of Winter Wonderland by Ella Fitzgerald.
✅ Went to my first Christmas market & had a poutine.
✅ Put on my first lopapeysa just today.

Belated happy 10th anniversary to #Fallout4 because I was too exhausted to post after work yesterday. 😅

And it's a wrap for #PGW2025. Though I was disappointed I couldn't finish the whole armor set in time (and ran into a design issue with the shoulders 😭), I finally got the honor to meet @dawnofshadow.bsky.social in person, and a Death Stranding cosplayer made my day a whole lot better.

So many efforts to get down to and maintain a size where I can actually wear clothes from the 1950s... It's not much but I'm happy with it. Now I get to wear this beauty and get called Mrs Maisel by my colleagues.

Combat armor progress! The legs won't be ready for convention day, and I wasn't able to fill the seams as well as I wanted to, but ah well. Gotta start somewhere, and this project was really difficult to execute safely in a 35 sq meters apartment.

I've been working on this lovely lady from the 1940s for a while... It was badly damaged by moths and stained, now it's almost like new! I'm not done with it yet, but I wore it for the first time today.
I'm wearing a midi dress with short sleeves and a textured print typical from the 40s-50s, and a matching hat. The same dress worn outdoor with a wool coat from the 1960s. Behind me is a Parisian fountain with a statue on top. A close-up: textured check print in dark color with golden accents painted on the fabric. Oh wow 😳 my silly cosplay shot got featured in the Fallout for Hope live stream! That caught me completely off guard while working out and watching, hence the messy screenshot. 😅
My cosplay stuff is so much inferior to what the community does that I can't believe it made it there.

Well, that was a week.
But now: weekend!! Gaming (Survival...?), repairing two vintage dresses (one of which is TWICE MY AGE 🤯), and sanding some more Fallout combat armor pieces. Exciting!!

My "Fallout shoes" are in maintenance mode but work said yay Halloween Party so of course I had to go wayyyy overboard. Didn't bring the Pip-boy though, not taking risks two weeks before a big event.
I got ID'd as Star Wars, Star Trek and other Sci-Fi things... 😅
