there is info that can be used to identify and individual in an agency- 1 person is over 65 and makes over $250k. It looks like they are building an age/duration case yet they are releasing the probationary workers who are often young. So bizarre. Surprised no race, gender or nation of origin.

I love a good swatch. I use Daniel Smith watercolors. There’s a Jerry’s Artarama in Hartford Ct that has a fantastic swatch book of all their colors. Hand painted. You can see the granulation and how the color shifts from water ratio. I live in Maine but stop in occasionally to go see the binder.
