Do you think the left wing, jewish people, communists, etc. didn't protest just because they didn't feel like it? No, because they would have been arrested or shot. Thousands WERE arrested within weeks of the Nazis taking power. If you know otherwise please enlighten me.

My account is not fake. Just because you don't like what someone else says doesn't mean they're fake. Also claiming that's not why shows a fucking insane degree of historical ignorance. The Nazis didn't even win their election, they only made up like 47% of the government.

Peaceful protests against people who think we are the scum of the Earth, who think we deserve to be jailed, deported, or worse, are not going to have their minds changed by a bunch of people holding signs up.

You COULDN'T protest. Violent resistance or attempting to flee was many people's only option if they had any at all. That's the point. When Fascists are able to consolidate power they will just attack protests. They don't care about the public image of that because being ruthless is their ideology.

Because they arrested everyone who was "the enemy". When the Nazis solidified their power in 1933 they instantly went to using their paramilitary and the police to break up protests, attack trade unions, and were arresting and inciting attacks against Jews, communists, etc.

Peaceful protests didn't help people in Nazi Germany. There's a difference between protesting against a democratic regime and a fascist one.
