Our first is six months old and the poops have gone from a daily horror that we have to endure to “eh, this is totally fine”.
That said, she did wake us up by screaming at 4:45am this morning cause she had pooped through her diapers, PJs, and sleep sack. So maybe I’m just inured to the horror.

Rodri is obviously crucial to City’s structure, but it is like everyone in the team’s skillset took a massive step down at once.

After I injured my ankle my PT had me do Bulgarian split squats/asymmetric stuff during recovery. I’ve since gone back to my regular bilateral squats and deadlifts, but incorporating pretty lightweight split squats into my routine appears to really help my balance and ankle pain.
