RE100 (a global renewable electricity initiative) has excluded co-firing coal with biomass from its eligibility criteria. While this sends a positive signal, to truly protect the climate and forests, RE100 must move to also exclude dedicated biomass burning. environmentalpaper.org/2025/06/re10...

RE100 (a global renewable electricity initiative) has excluded co-firing coal with biomass from its eligibility criteria. While this sends a positive signal, to truly protect the climate and forests, RE100 must move to also exclude dedicated biomass burning. environmentalpaper.org/2025/06/re10...
