Deportation numbers have fluctuated, but the administration is increasingly seeking to send people to third-countries. More than 8,100 people were deported to countries other than their own.

And as arrests ramp up, detention facilities are increasingly overcrowded. The system is over the Congressionally-set capacity by more than 13,500 people.

One key finding: for the first time, people w/o criminal records are being arrested in higher numbers than those with convictions or pending charges:
