I like your idea but the better way to do it is to have the E and a new K service via 53rd and the QBL express to 179 and JC. The F and M will run via 63rd to Forest Hills local. For this, 36th st would need to become an express station.

The mta is planning to deinterline dekalb and roger’s as well which is like half of the system.
