I use Knitty Natty's YouTube tutorials on toe up socks. Changed the way I knit socks completely. Currently doing a reverse gusset and heel flap version which I got from modern daily knitting. :)

Being propped in position by special cushions to reduce pain. Swapping laundry out every few hours and hobbling back to my cushions.
I've got really easy knitting (garter cardigan for my mum) but my arms can't face it after hanging clothes.

I was telling my other half this an hour ago. I was talking about how I wish my ex absolute misery, I've moved on and I'm healing with time, but he was abusive to me and kiddo and that's not something I'll ever forgive and I'd never wish an abuser any good will. Who would?!
