Finally I go to call and make an appointment with this new PCP
They not only don’t work at the location but they also only work in pediatrics

Then I go to change to a different PCP in my area. I try 3 times and the app still shows the non-existent one. So I call
Apparently change would have taken effect on 2/1 if I didn’t call and explain that my assigned PCP never existed in the first place
