Weird. I searched “Yann Le Cun” in the Explore tab under Latest. The results were 100s of posts in French and roughly 3 in English. Sooo…no one in the US wants to mention that a top thinker in AI concludes LLMs will hit a wall and AI should be done differently? Anyone?

When I was very young, my occasional (adult) babysitter was a partially deaf woman who lost her hearing as a child from measles. Her husband was fully deaf, same reason. My own husband recalls a childhood classmate whose dad got polio and died in three days. RFK will cause bad things to happen

I didn’t know if I had the strength to watch this. What I learned is - this man, Andre Hernandez Romero, a gay hairdresser whom the US govt without cause sent to Latin America’s most dangerous prison where he was beaten & tortured, is an absolutely beautiful human being. Thx @timmiller.bsky.social
