3p per mile at average mileage (10k miles ish) and paid for in advance for 10 years, paid at time of purchase half by purchaser, half by car manufacturer (they have skin in the game). No need for complicated collections

Lifelong Labour voter myself. Never voted anything different. This does not bother me as much as the welfare cap did. We have to do something different and if Denmark have it working, that's good enough for me, those cats know what they are doing and probably the most progressive gov't in Europe

£300 a year for an average 10k miles. Seem in line with what I pay for my car that isn't as heavy on the road as an EV. I've no axe to bear with EV, I'll likely buy one soon but they do as much wear and tear as any other vehicle

Do states need to send their collected federal taxes then if there is no government and therefore no government spending. Why don't they keep it and pay their bills directly?
