I had similar 2 months ago - all on laptop, in the middle of a chatGPT session on a cyber topic it starts writing me a “draft terms of reference for a private members club”. Someone else’s session clearly somehow mixed up with mine, but then disappeared. Deffo session mgmt bugs in their platform.
