Genuine question: why not advocate for complete defunding of ICE? Is that not possible for Congress to do, even theoretically? I fail to see what additional regulation will achieve when ICE is already shooting/arresting citizens, flashbanging families, and fully racially profiling.

Abolish ICE, please. Half-measures like body cameras won’t do anything if they’re already kidnapping and shooting people in broad daylight with half a dozen people recording on their phones.
