I mean … honestly that’s the work schedule we SHOULD have anyway. If they paid employees appropriately in relation to our productivity (we are the most productive workers in the world) most folks could survive on a 20-hour work week just fine.

So what I’m saying is that if we want equality we need to focus on healing our men, because they have been hurt and damaged by patriarchy too. Not date, fuck, or serve: help. We need to help teach them how to have the kind of supportive friendships that women in our society seem so much better at.
