In the middle of this chaos I’m grateful for the people who haven’t give up. The ones who keep showing up, refusing to let the madness swallow everything. Thank you for be your sanity in a place that feels like it was designed by sleep-deprived raccoons. I’m glad you’re here, even if the country is…

It’s about rage. Social media isn’t built to make us calm, it’s built to keep us scrolling.
Algorithms ask, Will this keep you engaged? research shows the best way to hold attention is through anger.
We can pause, notice when a post is pushing our buttons, decide if it deserves our time & energy.

At the end of the day, it’s not about red or blue, Democrat or Republican, educated or not—it’s about people. Just people. We all hurt, we all love, and we all want to feel safe and cared for. What matters most is choosing kindness, because that’s what actually connects us.

It feels like every time we turn on the news, it’s just one more heartbreak. But there are still so many people doing good things quietly—showing kindness, helping strangers, teaching kids to be gentle and strong. We can make small choices to bring a little more light into the world

The administration is removing phone support for Soc Security recipients. Making it more difficult for seniors to get their checks. It’s a back door way to cut SS benefits. Horrific.

If you know anyone who is impacted, please help them get online to get their benefits approved

What you are not changing, you are choosing. And complaining does not count as a change effort.

Lots of craziness in the news. But I choose to focus on positive and hope. A nice conversation with a stranger. A school presentation about middle school that was well thought out and helpful. A plan for a new garden. Paying kindness forward where ever possible.

The comments on this one are filling up with Rogan/Trump/Musk fans calling me a liar and stupid, but without actually addressing any of the points in the article.

That's how you know it's good and you don't want to miss it.

@mcuban.bsky.social I really want to read Mark’s response to the idea of three AMBASSADORS TO HOLLYWOOD. It should be entertaining.
