When my sis tried to come out to them, it’s been a while so memory might be wrong, I’m pretty sure they made her that it was just a phase and told her to think on it bc it was a sin and she’d go to hell.

After several failed relationships due to emotional abuse my mother decided to basically blame it on me and say that I need to work on myself.
Not only that but she had said that I need to focus on becoming a housewife rather than work.
They’re tired of me and just want to marry me off.

Lots of similarities and I feel like he wouldn’t judge me abt my past and present since he’s been through some of the same things.
