It’s a bit of a wait, as it will take about 10 to 15 days for the entire process and shipping to be completed. So, for now, I’ll have to hit pause on new uploads here and my Twitch streams.

I’ve reached out to Turtle Beach customer support, and they are currently processing a replacement under warranty for me.
