When I asked ChatGPT where the vulnerability is, it analyzed the vulnerable code produced by Claude.

AI has made some things easier, but not as people describe, though this may change in the near future. That's the current situation.

When you ask AI to find and fix a vulnerability, it produces another vulnerability.

AI can assist me more with crafting ideas rather than writing an entire project and making it work without your involvement, for example.

Its more beneficial, right? Now you will learn each part of the implementation, how to create each component, and then begin your project.

When you run the code generated by Claude, you get an error. Asking it to fix the error produces another one. Without knowledge to resolve these, you’ll spend a lot of time fixing it using AI.

🧵Opinions about AI are always biased.

AI has made things easier. It’s now simple to start building a framework with a single prompt, saving a lot of time.

Disaster supply chain attack! Backdoor in tj-actions/changed-files repo. When CI/CD triggers it, your secrets are his too.

Actions:
1. Use /uses: tj-actions\/changed-files@v/ to find it in your org
2. Rotate & revoke creds
3. Monitor CI/CD

While reading Trend Micro's report on APT41, I noticed that the initial access was gained through an outdated, exposed IBM Lotus Domino .. exploited using a publicly available PoC from ten years ago!

I discussed AI security at TechShift Summit, highlighting model backdooring as one of the most dangerous attack vectors.

How Does Model Backdooring Work?

Many AI models rely on Pickle files for storing model architecture, weights, and configurations through serialization.
