well it turns out it wasn't an issue related with my CPU or RAM
it was all a fault of the mobo that was on my PC, and i say was cuz yesterday i changed it back to the old one it had and look at that, running at 3200MHz without inestability!

well, i saw a lot of ppl making this "IRL + OC in an elevator trend", but a lot of ppl was making it with AI, in my case i have decided that im going to make it as i want in the manual way.
