I have created a cigar app before. Deactivated it bc of FDA reg issues. TikTok is NOT shut down. No communication, means the "message" would not be up. Shut down means no access, no account, nothing.
My opinion- It's up with a specific message to evoke this chaos & make a certain person the savior.
