Wow, over 50%, that does sound like a lot! Glad it seems like you’ve found an ingredient that’s likely compatible with your skin. I think it can worsen acne for some people, but everyone is different!

Plus apparently the third ingredient, dipropylene glycol, is also moisturizing. But I would hazard a guess that it’s the glycerin. I’ve heard it can be too much for some people in high quantities

Hmm. This would be better answered by a cosmetic chemist or someone otherwise more familiar with the science, but based on the ingredient list, maybe it’s the glycerin? It’s the second ingredient listed and likely has a lot of it. Plus the dimethicone (4th listed), like you said

泡美容液もめっちゃ直後だとクリームうまく塗れない。キュレルの美容液よりもエリクシールの美容液の方がキュレルのクリームと相性がいいという。

長年愛用してるキュレルは最近方向性がよく分からない。でも泡美容液は悪くない。従来のジェル状の美容液の唯一の欠点であるモロモロ問題が解決されている。ただジェル状の方がほてっているときに気持ちいいので理想的には両方を使い分けたいけど、あんまり長く開封済みのを置いといても（少なくともジェル状の方は）分離してきたりして良くはないから最終的にはどちらかを選ぶことになる。

I don’t even know what makeup I want to wear any more. I don’t want to “look young,” but I don’t want to look frumpy or gaudy, either. Similar issues apply for clothing. I thought I wouldn’t really care too much about aging, but it’s hard in a way I never anticipated.

I occasionally replace my mascara after probably only having used it a few times, partly because eye infections are no joke, and partly because they dry up and get hard to apply. I prefer cushion foundations but have switched to powder so that I can get away with having the same one for longer.

The thing is that I don’t really feel all that much older, probably because life has been at a standstill for me since 2019. It also feels wasteful to even consider buying new makeup when I have so much left and will rarely wear the new makeup, anyway.

Oh, of course they also have one that’s shaped like a nose. I guess it would’ve been too… on the nose to have this in the coloring of the one above
