Also from experience with that particular pattern, the twisted cables that wrap your leg and foot don't have as much stretch as other sock patterns, and they can be tight. I recommend trying on as you go, especially when you get to the heel.

I cast on provisional with a really long tail, then after knitting the cuff I go back and put the cast on back on the needles and bind it off. I'm never happy with any cast ons for cuff down socks.

100% agree. If I see someone in the art realm -dyers, designers, painters, sculptors, etc- using AI to make cute/funny/sales posts I unfollow. The only AI I support is that which is meant to train people how to spot and avoid AI. AI is all theft. Idk how an artist can support theft of another artist

It's horrible, like ninja stars coming out of the dark to stab you over and over.

Plus the ones that did happen aren't making the news. Can't organize, and even if you can the rest of us can't see you did.

That's happened to me a couple times on the mini interchangeable cords. Never on small or large though.

You're not alone, nobody can count. It's kinda a thing with us.

I would frog back to where you'd need to start modifying and then set it aside for a bit. It's hard to face frogging AND THEN brain work modifications all at once. Give your future self a boost by breaking that up.
