Systems need available Human Resources for students who lag… but we have a career crisis at the moment. Likewise, for advanced students, they are often held in place. Systems cannot be nimble in individual student support when we lack the humans to employ and/or do that support work.

With the Us DOEd being burned to the ground, this is an opportunity for states to reinvent education.
