This is getting really disgusting. They're saying the quiet parts out loud and the constitution is supposed to prevent a monarchy from happening in the US.

So this is the hateful EO defining gender. Did he realise that he's just relegated the whole population to female, as all embryos start female. Hormones, if the SRY gene is present and intact, later in the pregnancy cause the fetus to become male. Men don't produce sperm until puberty.

Bettas don’t need a lot of space, despite being fish, they are lazy and poor swimmers, need shallow water and resting spots. Small tanks is still far better than this. :(.
