Check out our new parkwalk flag! Lytham Hall parkrun always welcomes walkers, and today Patrick, Janet and Nicola (pictured separately) filled the parkwalk volunteer role. It's simple - just walk in a high-vis! Chatty or quiet, it all helps show walking is just as welcome as running ❤️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️#parkwalk

Lytham Hall tea rooms have kindly asked that only food purchased from them is eaten inside. We love celebrating at parkrun, but if you're bringing cake, please enjoy it outside so we can support the tea rooms and keep our great relationship with Lytham Hall. Thanks! #parkrun

The message from Lytham Hall states that due to strong winds and unstable trees near paths and roads, the parkrun event is canceled for safety reasons. They ask for this information to be conveyed to participants.

🌬️ Update! Saturday looks good, but forecast windy tomorrow. Course check planned Sat morning. If Hall says it’s unsafe/winds worse than expected, we may cancel Friday night. We’re monitoring forecasts and real wind data—please trust us to make the best call. Check for updates before setting off! 🤞

👟👟👟 On Saturday, we're having a collection of unwanted new or used running shoes/trainers for the amazing people at HELPING HANDS FYLDE. If you were lucky enough to have some at Christmas, or just have a few gathering dust in your wardrobe, please bring them along!
