If you haven't already, check the setting panel to see if you changed the settings of the pan sensitivity at some point ?
It seems like a stretch it would change by itself but you never know.

I do like how a subtle clenching of the muscle caught in the mirror after a shower can suddenly reveal how good we've worked until then.
It's a Delight for the soul when you find muscle definition you only used to see in anatomy charts.
