At my clinic we stay with them until they’re picked up no matter what age so that they don’t feel nervous or scared. I feel like all clinics should do this

They did. Me and the front office staff talked to her and told her that if she does this again we are cancelling her appointments with no refund bc it goes again the contract she signed
