This is the longest caterpillar I have ever seen. I’m not sure what exact wildflower in the flower bed it’s munching on.

Photo may not be the best but it’s done now. The outer edges are still the most difficult parts for me. This also gave me issues attaching the jump ring parts.

Pieces have been foiled now and make a dagger with blood at the tip. Then hopefully a drop of blood I will attach with a chain.

Here are better pictures of the raccoon skull, coyote skull, and beaver skull. The coyote skull is hard to see since it’s been in for several months at this point the other two skulls are fairly new.

Done with planting in the backyard for now. I will likely again put some bluebonnet seed down in the winter possibly. These plants are sort of all in the gaps between the crape Myrtle’s in the flower bed.

So my flower bed got worked on, but I found some Black and Blue Sage that I’m going to plant between the gaps of the crape myrtles. I also had this small patch converted to rock with a Texas sage planted.

It was a long day today with helping clean out the labs garage. Since I was already dirty I bought plants to put in the planters in the front of my house.

Life has been rough lately with things so I bought an “Evil Eye” pattern on Etsy to make. I tryed to do a copper patina thing which didn’t turn out to well.

Finished it this is one of the few pieces that when I cut the pattern it fit tightly together minus a few gaps from grinding too much in spots. The pic on the left is before filing and soldering. Just making sure it wasn’t going to have too big of gaps.

It’s also something my Grandparent’s on the Smith side did. This is a kaleidoscope they made. I bought a kit that had most of the supplies and some glass. Most glass I got has been from some of the online stained glass sites.
