My polling station is 40 minutes from my house on foot & on a highway without sidewalks or transit access. I can walk along the unpaved shoulder of the highway or I can pay $20+ for a cab to vote. I live in an urban area serviced by transit 20 minutes from another polling station.

What the fuck Elections Nova Scotia!! My parents live next to a polling place and when they went to vote today they were told their polling place was somewhere else. Why the fuck would they make it so someone within walking distance of a polling place would have to go elsewhere?
