I’ve wanted this for so many years but I hope now will finally be when I commit to making a change. I might post some form of updates here to keep track and stay motivated. I don’t hate my body but I want to be truly healthy. I hope that soon I’ll be able to meet my goal and see the difference❤️‍🩹

I’m scared to venture into the unknown even if it’s not realistically a large difference bc I’ve always been this general weight, but I’m so tired of feeling this way. I want to feel like a woman. I want to have curves. I want to feel strong. I want to feel good every time I look in the mirror
