Honestly, i started dropping weight much more reliably with calorie counting. There were a bunch of comfort foods I was eating until I was full that I didn't realize were as calorically dense as they are.

Thank you! That means a lot to me. Obviously losing weight isn't a cure-all for this, but it's nice to feel more comfortable in my skin for the first time in a long time.
