I think the show occasionally remembered it was a kids show to begin with but they should have been a bit more consistent with the story and characters. I remember being excited about seeing all the knights together and then season 4 aired and it didn't happen

Bradley once touched upon the relationship between Lancelot and Arthur (and hoped Santiago would kiss him). At the end of the day they needed to keep the story kid-friendly but it kills me that nobody ever found out. It's such a disservice to him and Gwen.

Lancelot sacrificed himself for Merlin and nothing will convince me otherwise.I fully believe that Santiago is just too charming and they couldn't have the audience second guess themselves who Gwen should end up with.I will never be over Lancelot and the consequences his dead has for Merlin &Camelot

Lancelot, not Leon, is Merlin's only true friend, because he knows Merlin truly and fully and Merlin never has to lie to him

They really fumbled Gwen and the knights in later seasons.Good thing there are so many great fanfics out there to make up for it.
I was at Pierrefonds at the beginning of the month and it's perfect for Camelot,so I'm glad they filmed there.The location stuff must have been a nightmare to schedule.

I'm in the minority of loving the ending. After I got over the shock of watching it the first time (drunk) on that fateful Christmas I've been loving the Greek tragedy of it all.
I haven't forgiven them for killing lancelot three times yet though.
