I am so partial to Mt. Hood. Just majestic from any view. Mt. Rainier’s views are interrupted by power or transit lines. No matter how long I live in Washington, my mountain will always be Hood.

I went to a Christian College in the mid-80s, remember them debating to have male cheerleaders. There ended up being two on the squad. Granted they were there more to do the foundation work of holding up pyramid than to prance around with pom poms. Does it really matter? Cheerleading is eye-candy.

Religion has no place in governing, no place in financing. It should not be used as a rebellion against a government. Spirituality is personal. Religion is government. Have faith in your beliefs and know that everyone has their own system of beliefs. No need to govern. Just stay out of governance.
