Also part of self care: focusing on and holding space for friends and family (especially trans/enby/and immigrant folx). Plus loving the environment. I highly recommend following @altnps.bsky.social the Alt National Parks account. Park rangers and federal employees are currently at the front lines.

I’m taking a note from the current administration and the next four years are going to be ALL ABOUT ME. Self care and self development. Restarted therapy today, going back to the gym (twice in 3 days!), and going back to school to finish my degree. Focusing on family and my friends and pets.
