Hanami might be my top game of TGM spring 2025. It starts with a simple rummy style set collection but the wow factor is the area control game board made of tatami mat material.

My day zero TGM haul and the Baystars vs the Tigers. A friend brought a few of the games that I ordered in the US. Kansas City might be my favorite trick taking game. The game was nearly sold out and the home team took the lead in the 8th and won. Japanese baseball games are so much fun.

Fantasy Tavern Brawl is a very stupid game and also one of my favorite games that I have bought at Tokyo Game Market. It starts out a little like Rhino Hero but then you start throwing cards and meeples into the 'bar' to knock out your opponents.
