Hi! I'm the same way. There are really good YouTube live streamers and they are usually good about giving exact locations of rotation. It's always helped my anxiety to be hyper aware of where and what is happening. Highly suggest it!

I work with Veterans as part of my job. You know what they always ask us? "Why would you help me?" They already feel so discarded even before this they can't fathom why we feed them or try to find them housing.
