My copies of #DetectiveBeans by @exocomics.com arrived today! I picked them up on my way to the bakery. Page 10 of the first book made me laugh out loud 😄.

It actually belongs to a neighbor's kid. It's on the back of our building, we all share this long patch of grass. Kids play, an old man cares for the fruit trees, there are squirrels and birds. Sushi prefers this to the park, probably because it's narrow, less open.

Sushi and I are doing a bit of urban exploration. I don't understand why nobody lives there; in 2025 this is prime real estate! Sushi particularly enjoyed the fact that the floor was edible.

Look what I rescued from a cat yesterday: a tiny microscopic juvenile vole! She was wounded, bleeding under the left arm, and in shock. So I brought her home, cleaned her wound, and let her rest. She loves muesli and pooping in water. She's healing well! I'll bring her back to her friends tomorrow.
