Australia Day, it was of course a BBQ, I focused on the salad. The salad I decided on was a nice watermelon & feta, with sliced red onion in lime, black olives, spring onion, parsley & mint with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. In a 38 degree Melbourne day.
